Hi, I’m Sara.

I’ve always chosen the road less traveled.

As a first-generation immigrant, I learned early that resilience, passion, and hard work could open doors that once felt out of reach. From leaving high school to pursue a career in R&B singing to earning my way to an Ivy League education, I’ve always been drawn to experiences that challenge me to grow and see the world differently.

That same curiosity has shaped every chapter of my life. Today, I help global organizations navigate complexity, write stories that spark meaningful conversations, teach yoga and meditation, and create experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and lead with greater intention. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in nature or with my husband and our two children, trying to cultivate a little more connection, compassion, and joy. In fact, my friends know me as a self-proclaimed Chief Joy Officer, and that’s how I aspire to live my life.

Whether I’m speaking, writing, or guiding a room through a moment of stillness, my hope is always the same: to help people reconnect with themselves so they can show up more authentically for the people and moments that matter most.
