SOUND

Sound has always been a way home.

Immersive experiences with crystal bowls, voice, meditation, and gentle movement, created as an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and receive.

A NOTE FROM SARA

My relationship with sound.

Sara shares how her motherhood journey and R&B singing career led her to become a soundbath practitioner, and how this practice can support you in coming back to yourself.

BATHE IN SOUND

All you have to do is relax and receive.

Sound can anchor our attention when the mind is busy. It can make room for rest, reflection, emotion, and connection. Experience a short soundbath led by Sara. Headphones are encouraged.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED

My journey with sound started with R&B.

As Baiyu, I spent years writing, recording, and performing music, releasing independent projects and appearing on stages and screens across the country. Today, as the breadth of my experience with instrumentation has expanded, and my connection to sound has evolved, singing continues to find its way into my soundscape.

ā€œSara led a special soundbath session for our Asian Leaders Circle members, and the experience was exactly what we needed to pause, reground, and reconnect in the middle of a busy workday. Even virtually, the immersive soundscape created a sense of calm and presence. Sara guided us gently into and out of the soundbath, making the entire experience feel thoughtful and restorative.ā€

ā€œSara was amazing! She created such a peaceful space for our Badass Mamas community to pause, rest, and return to ourselves. Our attendees loved the experience and shared that it was exactly what they needed. Sara made everyone feel supported and held, and we’re excited to stay connected to partner again for an in-person experience. I highly recommend her for retreats, company events, and community gatherings.ā€
